NUTRITION! NUTRITION! NUTRITION!

Enough have been said on it but mal-nutrition is something that all of us CANNOT ignore.

It is NOT possible to have all the necessary nutrients for all the meals we have each day. But please take your daily supplements to compensate for your lack of it.

There are a lot of good and affordable multi-vitamins/minerals supplements.

Penny-pinch on other peripherals but this is a "die-die-must-have" one cannot write-off in one's daily routine.

Ignore it at your own health's risk. It will show up sooner or later.

Apart from your dose of daily supplements, must exercise, have adequate sleep, have fun time, eat wisely, care for your family, contribute back to society n you'll have a glow about you that people will talk about (in a good way).

I am not perfect but am working towards these goals.
